A peaceful place with great views from every room, and there’s a rooftop view worth checking out too. The property is well cared for. The setup is nice: three private rooms, each with its own modern bathroom, share a common area with a full-size refrigerator. It’s a short walk to the Black Sea coast and Batumi Botanical Garden. If you want some quiet, this is a great location. You can get to Batumi by bus or taxi if you don’t have a car.

The owners were VERY friendly and helpful, and made our two-night stay really nice. We had a clean, comfortable, spacious room with a sea view. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is near the beautiful botanical garden, where you can reach a beach unlike anywhere else near Batumi. This beautiful place is definitely worth recommending. Nothing negative to say.

The hosts took such good care of us, bringing wine, coffee, snacks, and fruit, and looking after each guest personally. It’s family-run, so someone is there for you around the clock. They even washed our rental car for free after we came back from Svaneti. We had no problems, but if you do, they’ll do everything they can to help. We stayed in the holiday house for four days and loved it. It’s a modern place with 10 well-equipped rooms, each with a balcony, private bathroom, and AC. You’ll want the AC in summer, since it can get very hot. There’s also a common terrace, with amazing views over the green hills. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with nice cafes and beach chairs and umbrellas. Walk a bit farther and there’s a wild beach with fewer people. You can also order a traditional Georgian breakfast. We’d highly recommend it for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

They blamed a “water problem” for overbooking and offered us a nearby “lux apartment” instead. It was covered in mold, the fridge smelled like there was a dead cat in it, and the AC didn’t work properly. Not recommended!
