The owners were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were tidy. We spent five days here, enjoying the terrace and its sea view. The beach is about a 10-minute walk, and the botanical garden is close by. There was no power or internet for half a day while we were there because of a service provider outage, so that can happen. A few bathroom leaks and other small problems could use attention. Still, I'd recommend it if you want somewhere quiet near Batumi and the beach.
