Hotel GREENWOOD

A booking problem through a third-party service left several rooms booked for the same day. Customer support didn't resolve it, but Levan from the hotel staff kept helping me. We spent at least four hours on calls and messages, and I'm very grateful for his patience and persistence. He didn't give up on helping me until everything had been followed through, which meant a lot. GreenWood Hotel itself was clean and beautiful, with caring, polite staff. I loved staying there and had a wonderful experience. Thank you ❤️

The place felt poorly managed and organized, and the breakfast was bad. The staff were rude, especially the sales manager, who was extremely disrespectful instead of apologizing for a serious mistake she'd made. I tolerated this behavior once, but not a second time. Tourists visiting your country and hotel deserve to be treated with respect. I'll respond to the email from the hotel's manager later, after speaking with my solicitors. I'll provide the hotel manager with evidence of everything we experienced.

We were surprised with a sea-view room, even though we hadn't arranged one in advance, and it was a great size. The location is lovely, surrounded by greenery and close to the botanical garden. The beach is a 7-8 minute walk away, and the hotel staff were very polite. I'm grateful for the room and the stay.

The one thing I wished for at the restaurant was photos on the menu. The dishes looked beautifully presented, and you could tell the chefs had put a lot into them, but without pictures you don't know that before ordering. Apart from that, we had a great vacation. The new hotel was clean and smelled fresh, and the staff were very helpful. It's in the forest, right opposite the botanical garden entrance, so it's quiet and the air is fresh. The spa and pool had a great view, everything was clean, and towels were changed daily.
