We stayed in this apartment as a family of four from August 30 to September 6, 2021. Its central location is convenient, near bars, a square, and the embankment. That was the only real plus for us. The apartment was filthy and poorly arranged when we arrived, and in the children's bedroom the bedding had holes in it. We also kept seeing a mouse, or mice, on both the table and the floor, which made the stay awful. The kitchen was in bad shape: there were barely any dishes, just three forks, three spoons, one glass, and very little else. The electric kettle didn't work, cabinet doors wouldn't shut, and some had no handles while others had handles that came off when pulled. Glass-front cabinets were missing where they should have been. The toilet rocked when anyone sat on it. The shower handle came off in your hand, and with no curtain or screen, water went everywhere, including onto the toilet. Being there was terrible.
