The hosts made the stay feel so warm and welcoming. They helped us sort out a SIM card and travel pass, and even shared some honey. The rooms were clean, the sea was close, and having access to a kitchen was handy. Such lovely, helpful people. I’d happily recommend the place :)

Our room was clean and looked like the photos. The owner was attentive and helped us in all sorts of ways: he lent us a public transport pass, arranged laundry, and gave us delicious honey. On our last day, his dad showed us around the garden, where we saw oranges growing and lemon trees in bloom for the first time. Thank you, David, for looking after us. We’d stay with him again if we return to Georgia. We were initially unsure about the road nearby, but the traffic was manageable and crossing was easy. There’s a public transport stop close by, with easy trips to Batumi and Sarpi near the Turkish border, where the beach is the cleanest. The sea is just across the road, and the crossing is right by the gate. The beach is spacious and quiet, with plenty of cafes around. We were happy to have picked this quieter, more comfortable spot instead of Gonio. The mini-hotel sits a little up the mountain and is well placed. From our third-floor room, we had a lovely sea view and two balconies. One had a table in the room for snacks or breakfast; the other had a small table where we could enjoy tea in the mountain shade.

The beach is only a couple of steps away, and the setting is really nice. It’s a good spot if you enjoy a beach holiday. Thanks for the hospitality.
