We've lived here for over a year and plan to keep staying for now. It's convenient and quiet, and the hosts are friendly. They sort out any issues quickly, and we've become friends. The sea is 15 minutes away. Shops, cafes, and public transportation are all 10-15 minutes away. Buses cost $0.10 anywhere in the city, and taxis cost $2.

We stayed here for three winter months and felt right at home. The little wooden houses sit among greenery in the middle of the city, a lovely oasis where you can recharge before heading back out to enjoy the city. Kargat... ๐

The quiet was lovely, with birdsong in the morning and no city sounds. Itโs about a 15-minute walk to the embankment, and thereโs a tangerine orchard nearby. The little wooden cottage felt really cozy.
