We had everything we needed and were given a really warm welcome. The rooms were clean and fully equipped, the toilets were clean too, and there was always hot water. We could use the washing machine whenever we wanted, and the kitchen was fully equipped. At โฌ5 per person per night, it was excellent value. The house and rooms are beautiful, the location is great, and the view is perfect. Thanks, see you soon!

The sea is only a few steps away, and the beach is clean with hardly anyone there. Back home, getting close to the sea means waking at 4 a.m., putting up an umbrella :-D, and hoping for warm weather xD. We drove to Batumi each day, a 15-minute marshrutka ride for a small fare, and ate at Tavaduri restaurant. The portions are huge and affordable, and we'd recommend it to anyone craving tasty Georgian food. We spent 11 nights at Guest House Teni and felt at home, not like we were in a hotel. The kitchen is huge and has all the necessary cookware, the cleanliness stands out everywhere, and the friendly hosts are always ready to help. We highly recommend it for a truly relaxing stay!

It's very quiet here, and the terrace has a good view. The guesthouse is clean and tidy, close to Batumi's center, and reachable by public transport.
