Guesthouse Next to beach

We came back on September 4, 2025, six years after our first stay, and were really glad to be here again. Back in 2019, we stayed in a double room with a king-size bed and had a wonderful time. Thanks, Levan and Lia! 💖 The apartment is in the heart of tourist Batumi, about a five-minute walk from the beach. There are plenty of good cafes and shops nearby, as well as the dolphinarium, aquarium, and a park with a lake and children's attractions. The room has a TV, air conditioning, and kettle, plus a bathroom with a combined toilet and shower. There’s WiFi, and in the hallway you’ll find a fridge, microwave, and ironing board with an iron. Levan can arrange trips outside town to places like the Adjarian wine house, the waterfall, Queen Tamar Bridge, and Sarpi. We’d only stay here next time too. One small drawback: the shower room is a bit cramped, especially for elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility.

The weather didn’t cooperate, so we couldn’t make it to the national park. We still had a great time, though. The rooms were lovely, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind, picked us up at the airport, and showed us around. We went sightseeing with the host, visiting waterfalls, a castle, and a winery. It was incredibly beautiful and well worth the trip. The host also arranged rafting, even though at first we wouldn’t let two people go.

Just four minutes on foot from the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby, the location is great. The room was spotless and cozy, with working air conditioning and a fridge available for guests. The owner was helpful in lots of ways. I’d recommend this place.

The place is right in the middle of the social scene, and it’s good value for the money. The owner was lovely, always ready to help or offer advice. We were very satisfied and would recommend it.
