Hotel Aquapark Batumi

For a hotel presented as four stars, this was awful. There's no elevator, so you have to haul your own luggage. The rooms were dirty, and despite asking more than once, they didn't clean them or change the towels during our three-day stay. Furniture was broken in both rooms, and lamps had no bulbs, tucked away in the wardrobe. Nights were miserable because they seem to have some kind of nightclub. People came back late, argued and sang in the corridor. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, just a card with a WhatsApp number and instructions to message or call. The breakfasts were very poor, with a woman asleep at the buffet. After I complained to Booking Com, the staff became extremely aggressive. They said that since I'd complained, I shouldn't expect good treatment. On checkout day, they kicked us out at 12, although I was entitled to an extra hour.
