Hotel Beach Tower by G Point

The building has a quiet, welcoming feel, and the apartments are spacious and modern, with big windows and lovely views over Batumi and the Black Sea. From the higher floors, the panorama is especially striking at sunrise and after dark, with the city lit up against the sea and mountains. You’re also just minutes from the shore. The boulevard is handy for a stroll, a bike ride, or getting some sea air, and restaurants, cafés, and many of the main sights are close by. The area still feels pleasant for a rest or an evening walk. I found it a comfortable mix of city life and downtime, whether you’re here on holiday, staying longer, or working remotely. Batumi Beach Tower left me with lovely memories and a real seaside feeling. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Batumi.

I rented from a private owner through Booking.com and stayed just one night. Dirty dishes and wet towels were left in the apartment, with all three dishes drying after being washed. Then there was the elevator: after a brief power cut it stopped working, and I waited about 20 minutes before someone got me out using a service elevator. My driver downstairs had alerted reception. The location is the one plus, though for me the Old Town is the best part of Batumi anyway. I wanted to give this place a try, but soon wished I could leave. Downstairs felt like bare concrete, with constant renovation work and a soulless, unpleasant atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back for any reason. Batumi’s lovely Old Town has friendly people and a great feel, and you can take a Bolt to Kaczyński Park for 6 lari.

Batumi is always worth a trip! Batumi Beach Tower is very centrally placed, right by the sea and the lovely promenade. It’s great for a walk there, and you can stop for coffee or find something tasty and inexpensive to eat.

The apartments were clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view over the sea, park, and mountains 😍😍😍. Everything you need for a lovely vacation is there.
