Hotel Bloom

Breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is well equipped for its category. Its location is great, near the main attractions. A few bathroom items were missing, like a toothbrush holder and toilet bowl cleaner. At night, a machine from the government building across the street made a bothersome noise. I had a very good impression overall and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, especially the hotel manager, who helped us a lot. The rooms were clean, with a nice outlook, and the location had easy access and pleasant surroundings. I'd highly recommend this lovely hotel for a stay.

I liked the room's wonderful panoramic outlook over the old town and Batumi Tower, and it had two balconies. The wardrobe also had slippers and dressing gowns, plus water, tea, and coffee were available in the room. Those were nice touches. Some basics felt overlooked for a hotel of this standard. The room had a physical key instead of a card, the door was hard to open until the receptionist showed me how, and the lock looked awful and felt weak. The bathroom was missing a toilet brush, and its holder was wobbly. The shower ceiling looked quite dirty, even though the wall tiles were clean, which made for a strange look. I stayed at Hotel Bloom for one night and left with a positive impression overall, but breakfast was really poor. The quality, taste, and choice of food all need work.

We had a good stay at this nice, brand new hotel. The location is central, very close to the Piazza, and the rooms are spacious, new, and clean. Beds were comfortable, likely because they were new. The reception staff were warm and helpful, and breakfast had lots of options, with welcoming staff and a clear focus on quality. Wifi was strong and fast. Complimentary water was also a nice extra.
