The location is really good, but for the price, everything else was subpar. The rooms were just okay. The bathroom smelled and stayed wet, the beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were a little dirty, and the floor wasn't properly clean. The AC remote had no battery, and the fridge didn't work. The service was worst of all: a very unfriendly, unhelpful man at reception didn't even say hello, and we nearly had to fight to get a fresh sheet. Can't recommend it to western tourists who have some standards.

Right in the heart of Batumi, this cozy hotel has small cafes all around. The administrators are always willing to answer questions and even give you an extra bottle of cold water. Rooms are light, clean, and comfortable.

The floor had lots of hair and was dirty, and so was the sheet. The bed was old and uncomfortable, and I ended up with back pain. One front desk guy was very nice on our first day. On another day, though, a different guy was rude and didn't even say hello. When we asked for a clean sheet, he just said no and didn't try to help. He seemed unmotivated and either couldn't or didn't want to speak English, barely saying three words to us. Honestly, it was the worst service experience we had.

The location is right in the tourist center, with the beach, shops, restaurants, cinema, and park close by. The rooftop veranda has a great city view, and so do the rooms with balconies. The staff are amazing and provide great service. We also loved the rooms, and breakfast was truly delicious. For the price, the services are really worth it.

The location is very nice, but there was no hot water. Staff said it was a problem across the whole town. A hotel should have some backup way to provide hot water, but this one didn't, and the staff didn't even try to fix things or help us find a way to shower. The mattress had springs and was soft and very noisy. The TV didn't work properly either, only the sound worked, with no picture.
