I really liked this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the price was good.

The service was awful, and one of the women working there was really tactless. We decided not to stay at all, so I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet holiday. Its location is terrible too, very far from both the center and the sea. We were meant to arrive at 6 am and paid for the previous night because of that. After changing our plans, we told the hotel employee we'd get there at 10 am, but we arrived at 11. They were still cleaning our room, even though we'd paid for that night, and made us wait 40 minutes for them to finish.

This place left a really unserious impression when I stayed a few months back. The service and the staff both disappointed me, so I'd give it a 0. It's a shame we still haven't learned how to provide service in Georgia. Good luck.
