The shower leaked, there was no toilet paper or towels, and the internet was poor. There was no way to contact reception online, and no drinking water in the rooms or available to buy.

Once the check-in problem was out of the way, the room was generally fine. It had a quiet air conditioner that warmed the room, hot water, a comfortable bed, and a warm blanket. I'd give it a 7.

We came across this 3-star hotel by chance. It’s operated by a Turkish company, and the rooms are just right for a short holiday. Thank you.

The hotel was very dirty, so we didn't stay. They didn't refund our money and later changed the price. A truly terrible place, I wouldn't recommend it.

Such a welcoming, friendly place. I'll definitely stay here whenever I'm in Batumi from now on.
