Our room faced the Medea statue, so the view was hard to beat. The room was clean and spacious, and the cleaners were accommodating and brought us extra complimentary water. The hotel felt like a real gem and made us feel special. I'd stay again if I return to Batumi. Although we visited in the low season, the concierge was amazing and helped plan things to do. He arranged a private car to the botanical garden, mtirila national park, and mankhuntskei waterfall. The driver also took us to the ethnography museum and the fish market, all great places to visit. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the middle of old town. It had recently been remodeled, and the lobby is really part of the brassiere 1900 restaurant. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but the hospitality was still there. They also helped book a reservation and prepared breakfast for us to take away. Our train back to Tbilisi left early, and even though breakfast normally started at 8, the concierge and chef made us a lovely breakfast for the five-hour train ride.

We had to extend our stay because of our situation, and Penny, Mark, and the rest of the staff made us feel like family. It was a very pleasant time. The meals and the rooms were definitely five-star. Perfect stay, and we'll come again.

The building itself is one of the most beautiful in Batumi, truly the face of the city. Thanks for giving us such an aesthetic vacation here. Giorgi deserves special thanks for the impeccable service, help at check-in, and advice on choosing the best room. His care, responsiveness, kind words, and professionalism meant a lot. Breakfast service was exceptional, too. We were amazed by the design and the hotel's location. Everything feels flawlessly executed, from the stunning stained-glass windows to the artwork on the walls, and the rooftop has breathtaking views. We loved every detail and already want to come back soon.
