I've stayed here twice, first with a friend while traveling and later on my own. The rooms have been recently renovated and are nice and clean for the price. There's good internet, smart TVs, effective AC, and a balcony, plus plenty around the location. I'd stay again.

10/10
The room was spacious, freshly furnished, and had big windows and a balcony. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water and good pressure, and tea and coffee were provided. Friendly, helpful staff and a great location made the stay even better. The decor gives it a fancy feel. I'd have no hesitation about coming back.

Set right in old Batumi, this hotel is within walking distance of the sights and the sea. The staff were polite and helpful. Highly recommend it.

A simple, pleasant place where the owner and his family are friendly and supportive. Nice attention to the details, too. I'd recommend staying here.

4/10
The room was clean, and breakfast was included, though it was very basic. Still, after four nights here, we left disappointed. The room felt cramped and was much smaller than the advertised 25 sq. m. The mattress was unbelievable, it felt like sleeping right on springs.
