Ms. Tina was incredibly kind and patient with all our questions, and her care really made the stay special. Our border crossing delays meant we wouldn't arrive until about 5:00 a.m., but she waited at the hotel from 2:30 a.m. to make sure we got there safely. That meant a lot to us. The hotel was spotless and well organized, and Ms. Tina was genuinely helpful throughout. We’d definitely stay here again, and booking felt easy after that experience.

The balcony view was the highlight for me. I got to watch a beautiful sunrise and spend a quiet evening looking out over the beach and mountains. The room was spotless, the amenities were good, and the whole place felt relaxing. The staff were welcoming and attentive as soon as I arrived. I had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a getaway.

The people here were really lovely and helpful 😊 They let me leave my bags at reception before I headed to the airport.

The owner and staff are kind and helpful, and the hotel is centrally located near restaurants and the main tourist sights in Batumi. The rooms are comfortable and have all the essentials. For the price, it’s hard to beat.
