The location was wrong, and I fell for it. They showed me the Hilton Sheraton. They also removed the refund option. It felt like a sophisticated scam. The 160-day booking was open, but Google still hadn’t corrected the location. :)) If you believe that... In the morning, I woke up to sounds of someone clearing their nose coming from the apartment. The shower area looked like it probably hadn’t been cleaned for 160 days. There was no shower gel or anything else. The bedsheet had marks on it. The bathroom towel had been used, folded up, and put away, and the foot towel was dirty with shoe prints. The shower towel had disgusting marks. I felt nauseous and vomited. I’ll ask for my money back for the remaining days, though I don’t think I’ll get it. I can’t find anyone to contact at Hotels.com. Hotels.com seems suited to these kinds of hotels. Come if you want to catch germs. It’s a smart building, but the people inside must know what hotel management and room checks are. In short, they don’t care. When you look for somewhere else, you get directions saying it’s next to the transvestite street...

The room had a lovely view and a balcony, and there’s a cozy courtyard plus a panoramic terrace on the fifth floor. It’s a new, clean hotel in a handy spot, with cafes nearby and parking. The beds were comfortable, the white linens and towels crisp, and Wi-Fi worked well. There’s also a clean shared kitchen and a washing machine. The host was friendly, the price more than fair, and the photos matched what we found.

Thomas was attentive and tactful, and Nonna really is the soul of the hotel. I’d happily come back. It’s about a five-minute walk to the sea at an easy pace, but far enough from the beachfront noise to stay peaceful. We had mountain views from the windows. The sheets and towels were bright white, everything was clean, and there wasn’t any unnecessary stuff. There’s a shared kitchen downstairs and a washing machine. Didi madloba!!
