Hotel Sunny

We were able to explore Batumi easily, with the center just 5 minutes away by car. The staff showed their quality service even before we arrived, and their attention and interest meant a lot. The rooms are clean, orderly, and well designed, and it's a comfortable place for a family or a solo stay. This was my first visit, but I'll come back here for every Batumi holiday. Thanks for everything :)

The location worked well for us, with bus and minibus stops nearby and a pleasant walk to the center and old town. Boni Market is close too, with great fruit and spices and a lovely atmosphere. The Sunny Hotel is new and stylish, with tasteful, neat furnishings. Our spacious room had a kitchenette, though it had no pots or pans during our stay, which made it less convenient. It's a quiet, modern, cozy option in Batumi.

I wouldn't recommend this place. We reserved on Booking.com, paid by credit card after the receptionist checked which rooms were available, and handed over our ID for photocopying. Only after all that did they present a contract to sign, including a 500 lari fine for smoking in the room. But I'd selected "Smoking allowed" as my room preference on Booking.com. I changed my mind and agreed to wait for a refund, but the employee should have explained this earlier. Once I've paid, I shouldn't have to chase them for my refund.
