Nana at reception was so friendly and quick to answer every question I had. I didn't even need to make my booking through Booking.com. The room was clean and quiet, and the location made it easy to get to restaurants, coffee shops, and public transport for Tiblisi, Kutaisi, and Sarpi.

We were on the fourth floor, and there’s no elevator, but the balcony view was lovely. The hotel is right in Old city, with the main sights an easy walk away and the beach about 8-10 minutes on foot. Staff were friendly and gave us a bottle of homemade wine when we checked in. We stayed for a week. The facilities feel a little dated and cleanliness was average, though we had a good stay.

They were overbooked, so I couldn't stay there. Still, the receptionist was lovely and found me a room at another, more expensive hotel for the same price. She even walked over with me to make sure everything was okay.

The room was huge, really more like a bedroom and a living room. But they wouldn't switch on the A/c, telling us to leave the windows open and wait for it to cool down.
