They changed the check-in terms just two days before arrival and told me to find somewhere else. I’d booked more than two months in advance, shared all the details with them, and asked for good service because this was a wedding gift for my sister. My reservation included an 8pm-9pm arrival, since the flight landed at 7.27pm, and their policy said check-in was allowed until 10pm. They had agreed to that. Then they messaged to say they couldn’t check anyone in after 7pm. So even with a reservation, there was no guarantee we could stay here. They didn’t care about their guests or what they’d previously promised, and they lied to me and the booking agents. This is inappropriate behavior for hotel owners. Please stay away.

The view is nice and it’s close to the sea, but the experience was awful. The bathroom always smelled bad and had mold, the kitchen equipment was poor, and the elevators aren’t well optimized, so the waits were usually long.
