Maguli Home Gonio

We loved the beach, with clear water, few people, and stunning mountain views. There are cafes and restaurants farther along, where you can watch beautiful sunsets, and there’s music and entertainment for kids and adults. We had a wonderful family holiday and would happily return. Maguli was warm and welcoming, and the place was clean, tidy, and cozy. The courtyard has a garden, swings, and somewhere to sit, and the house has a kitchen, shower, and TV. Eucalyptus trees grow nearby, and their scent felt wonderfully restorative. There’s also an ancient Roman fortress close by, more than two thousand years old.

We stayed with Maguli in July with the children. She was welcoming and always ready to help, and everything was clean and comfortable. The enclosed courtyard was a big plus, since the kids could play while the parents relaxed. The sea is clean, and the beaches are usually quiet, about a 10-15 minute walk away. The area itself is peaceful, with no traffic noise.

We only stayed one night with the family, but the hostess made us feel very welcome. We even got invited to a family party by chance, and had a lovely time meeting some wonderful people. Thanks for those moments. I'd gladly recommend the place 🤍

A lovely spot for a break, especially with kids. I'd give it 10 out of 10.
