Memory Hotel Batumi

The soft, comfortable beds and balcony were a nice extra. There was free water, tea, and coffee in the fridge, and breakfast was included. For the same price or more, I've stayed at plenty of hotels that didn't offer as much. It's clean, comfortable, and in a great location, so I think it's excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

We stayed for four days and I'd give it a 10 out of 10. The sea is very close, with markets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff were friendly, and quite a few spoke Russian. It's a new hotel with clean rooms and a modern renovation, and ours had all the amenities we needed. The mattress was fantastic, I haven't slept that well in ages. Breakfast was being brought up to standard, with something new added each day for variety. I'd recommend other hotels follow their example. Highly recommend staying here!

The location is a big plus, with attractions within walking distance and the sea about 10-15 minutes away. Our balcony looked out over the old town. The room was small, with a little closet, no hangers, and nowhere to put our suitcases except the hallway. It hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, but after we asked, it was done that day. The sheets and towels were clean. The tile grout was dirty throughout, and the bathroom door took several hard slams to shut. The door frame was swollen from moisture too, perhaps because the shower has no door and water gets everywhere. WiFi only worked by the entrance and in the bathroom. No one told us at check-in that we had to request cleaning each time. After three days without it, we checked with reception and learned that's how it works. Breakfast was filling, but there was very little variety over our seven days.

We were very happy with our stay, and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful if you wanted more. The dining room is on the top floor, with a great view. The room was clean and tidy, and had a kettle, fridge, and air conditioning. After it rained, they even brought a dryer to the room. The location in Batumi's historic center is top-notch. Thank you!
