The location was good, and the hotel had a fridge, TV, and AC. The front desk staff spoke a little English, and reception was open around the clock. But lots of little problems made the stay unpleasant. There was a moldy smell throughout the hotel, especially in our room. The walls had several holes. The shower handle was broken and held together with duct tape, and the toilet seat was broken too. There was no soap or place to keep our toiletries. When we showered, the whole bathroom got soaked, including the towels and toilet paper, and there wasn't anywhere to dry towels or swimsuits. The strange closet had a hole in the back wall that opened outside, with a drainpipe for our room and the neighbors. We could hear a lot of noise whenever anyone used the toilet or shower, and the toilet made a really odd, annoying sound when flushed.
