The room has everything set up, including a kitchen and washing machine, and Sveta is a lovely host. The setting is amazing. I don't think you'll regret booking here in Batumi.

They seem interested only in the money. There was no service, just lies to sell a room for a few nights.

We came back to Svetlana's apartment with two families, and we'd happily return again. The location is excellent, and the apartments have what you need for daily life. Svetlana was so helpful, even arranging transport for the cell phone we'd forgotten. She also let us check in early. Another great stay in Batumi, thank you for everything!

We only stayed because we had to. The hotel was awful and expensive, with no attention from the staff. Turkish booking websites aren't valid here, and none of the receptionists speak Turkish. If you don't know English, you'll have a hard time. At 9 a.m. the jackhammer noise woke us up, so choose this place if that's what you're after.

The noise makes it impossible to rest. Parties at Senate and Panorama Batumi on Friday and Saturday nights send bass thumping into the room, like you're at the party yourself. A vacation here won't feel relaxing. I wouldn't recommend this place or nearby ORBI.
