There's room for a child to play, and pets are welcome. Parking is available too. The apartments are converted rooms offered for long-term rent, and among all the Batumi apartments I've rented, this one has had the best amenities. It also has a private courtyard with a recreation area, barbecue, and waterfall.

The rooms were clean and fresh, and the hosts clearly put effort into good service. We really appreciated the enclosed area for keeping our bicycles. The mosquitoes were probably the biggest downside, so don't leave the balcony door open all night. The hosts were very hospitable, and I'm sure they keep working to improve things.

For next year, we're choosing My Georgian House again. Everything was prepared to a high standard, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were amazing and so tidy. The hotel is luxurious, with a swimming pool and waterfall. The turn was awesome, everything was super.
