My Warm Guest House

The location worked really well for me, and for the price I liked the place. I visited in low season while it was snowing. The staff were nice, and on check-in they left chacha and wine, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen is limited, so don't expect to cook much, hehe. My main concern was hot water: sometimes I had to wait for it, and twice it ran out while I was showering. Maybe that's not an issue in summer. The building is very old and Soviet, but that didn't bother me. I'd come back.

The sheets are light and white, which was perfect on a hot night, and the rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and tried their very best to help, even though their English wasn't great. Be careful on those tricky stairs. My boyfriend fell on the way to the bathroom at night, and we ended up finishing our stay in the hospital. That was our own doing, though. The man on duty that night was very kind and helped us a lot. I'd definitely stay here again.

Lots of places to eat nearby, and most attractions are walkable. It's clean, the wifi is good, and the promenade and beach are just a stone's throw away. Finding the entrance can be tricky: go through the parking barrier and around behind the building.

The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and the staff were really helpful. The location is hard to beat, about a three-minute walk from the promenade. One of the best places we stayed on our trip to Georgia.
