New Batumi with Balcony & View Guest House

Lovely view, warm and cozy place, and the service was great 😇🩵

The hosts were so friendly and happy to help or give advice. The host’s husband even took us on a couple of excursions and helped us find a place to buy delicious homemade wine. We’d love to return. The hotel is an easy walk from a clean beach that wasn’t very crowded, and there’s a supermarket with everything needed just three minutes away. A bus stop is nearby too, with a ten-minute ride into town. Our room was spotless, with nearly new linens and pillows that could be changed whenever needed. It had a hairdryer, towels, and an iron, plus a balcony. There’s also a barbecue area in the courtyard.

We’ve stayed here before and hope to come back again. The hostess is kind, responsive, around when you need her, and answers questions. Our room was clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi was excellent, with very good speed. The backyard is a cozy place to relax by the sound of a little stream, and you can cook shashlik there. The hotel sits away from the road, so it was quiet with no bustle. It’s about 3-5 minutes from a clean, uncrowded sea and 10-15 minutes from the city. You can get around by taxi, usually 7-15 lari, bus for 30 tetri, or shuttle; the stop is a two-minute walk away.

Only 300 meters from the sea, and the hostess is a genuinely lovely person who’s always ready to help. Our room was clean and cozy. There’s a convenience store about 100 meters down the road with everything you need. The hotel also has a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, iron, and TV. We set up a viewing area in the room so we could watch everything. Highly recommend 💪🏼
