The location is the best part for me, right by the beach park in the central stretch of the seafront. The suites are very clean, with modern equipment and everything needed in the rooms and kitchens. Prices are versatile, and without a doubt, these are the best hotel suites in Batumi.

I'd happily come back here. The apartment is spacious, and you can walk to just about anywhere from this excellent location. There's elevator access, and it's comfortable for families or groups. Staff are super friendly and available around the clock. They provide all the basics, including towels, tissues, water, and soap. A great choice in Batumi.

It's clean and has good facilities, but the balcony is so small it isn't very useful. Not every apartment has an iron or washing machine. The location is good, though I'd pick a sea-view unit because the other scenery isn't nice.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The apartment is centrally located, though the area is very crowded. It's close to the train station, fish market, and Batumi cable car.

The room was comfortable, clean, and had friendly staff. The location is excellent. Just keep in mind that some rooms don't have air conditioning.
