Old Town Hotel

Breakfast was great, and the restaurant upstairs has a really nice view. The hotel itself is warm and welcoming, with two or three parking spaces that seemed easy to use and roomy enough. Getting there was harder for us: the road and parking area nearby are narrow, which made things difficult, though it turned into a good experience.

There are lots of cafes and shops nearby, and the hotel is in a very good spot. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast on the rooftop terrace with its lovely view. Communication was pleasant and the service was good.

The room we had was a bit noisy at night because people were partying outside. Maybe that’s only an issue in certain rooms, but ours was one of them. The bathroom ventilation also wasn’t very good, though that might have been specific to our room. Still, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, and there are plenty of lovely restaurants close by. The location is great. Breakfast was a solid 10/10, and I’d never started the day with wine before! 😄 We’d pick this hotel again next time.

Our two families came on a friend’s recommendation, and the location made it easy to see Batumi. Everything is within walking distance. We arrived in the evening but still got to see Ali and Nino and the Ferris Wheel, then visited the other sights easily the next day. Grocery stores, markets, cafes, and restaurants are all close by. The rooms were clean and warm, and having two children with us caused no issues with either cleanliness or heating. Breakfast was filling and had enough variety for people of different nationalities. Staff were friendly and helpful, often calling our room to ask if we needed anything. We’d choose the same place again if we return to Batumi. Thanks to everyone at Old Town Batumi Hotel.
