Orbi M&M Twin Towers

The only thing we liked was the location. Everything else was a terrible experience, the worst hosting I've had. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, but were told there wasn't one, and split between two rooms, one on the 42nd floor and one on the 19th. The landlord's attitude was terrible. Both rooms were dirty and in bad shape. We had no electricity at first, though it was fixed after a while. One room didn't even have a blanket, and the landlord rudely said it was our problem because we couldn't be sure the room had blankets. There was a smell of smoke. Everything was dirty and worn out. The balcony door and curtains were torn, the walls were dirty, and I don't even want to talk about the bathroom. Very sad.

The views are great from a beach-facing room, and the location is superb. But even outside peak season, the elevator wait feels long. The bathroom was moldy, and the cheap window frames let wind whistle in through the closed balcony doors. Despite being new, the place already looks worn out.

We had a reservation at Orbi Hotel in Batumi, but on arrival were told our room was “damaged” and pressured to pay extra for a different one. When we refused, they said we could keep the same room but wouldn't get breakfast because the person responsible for it was sick. The explanations kept changing and sounded misleading. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. When we said we didn't want to stay under those conditions, they told us, “If you don't want it, then leave.” The whole experience was a nightmare. This hotel felt deceptive and untrustworthy. Don't book here.

I like the balcony view, and it was great having air conditioning in every room, especially on hot summer days. The elevators seem too few for the number of guests, so they're a problem.
