Orbi Sun&Sea Apartments

Our rooms still weren't ready even though check-in was at 2:00 pm and it was nearly 3:00. The person handling our stay, Natalie, said we would have to wait longer. They blamed the high season for their poor organization, while acting rudely and disrespectfully. When we arrived, the reception staff barely acknowledged us, and they wouldn't let us use the toilet while we waited, saying it was closed. The management treated us terribly, and I can't recommend this company. Batumi has plenty of other places where staff are more attentive and respectful and the atmosphere is calmer.

After Booking had confirmed a room I'd reserved months ahead, I arrived and was told to wait while they contacted the host. Three hours later, they said I couldn't check in because the host wasn't answering, even though they'd spoken with the host at least twice while I waited. Then, after I'd lost four hours, they offered a room for more than double the price. It was extremely stressful to go through this with my elderly mother in a country I was visiting for the first time. I booked somewhere else rather than pay people who seemed to be squeezing extra money from a tourist with heavy luggage. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The shore is really close, and the view is lovely. I enjoyed every day there.

Great location, and the place was really clean and nice.
