Just an average place to sleep. It was clean, but the neighborhood wasn't good. I stayed one night for $7.

The hosts were so welcoming, helpful, and kind that I was already missing them by the evening after checking out this morning. After a week together, I'd gotten used to having them around. We stayed for a week and paid very little. The conditions weren't luxurious, but that hardly bothered me since we only slept there. I hope I get back to Batumi, and especially to Palma 1-1 Hotel.

The Booking.com price was misleading, and the hosts demanded extra money rudely, threatening to cancel the stay if I didn't pay. They wanted the extra payment the day before check-in, even though I'd made the reservation six months earlier. The price they'd listed on Booking.com was their own doing. There was no English available, and the Russian they used was just for rude intimidation. Avoid this place. There seem to be plenty of other places where you won't be tricked or insulted. Stay somewhere else and spare yourself the stress. It doesn't wear off. Scam and fraudsters.

We came back in 2023 and loved the place even more! We'd stayed there for almost two weeks in 2022 and got close to the hostess. We were there again in 2024 and 2025, and still love it! 5+++++++!!!!!!!
