Porta Exclusive Loft by AESTHAVEN Apartments

Dmitry, the host, made the stay memorable with his personal attention and thoughtful approach. The hospitality was outstanding, and everyone was friendly and professional. The apartment felt warm and welcoming, and was spotless and beautifully prepared with real care. I've never had such a positive experience, or stayed somewhere better. Highly recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

The location worked really well. Unlike the skyscraper-filled Skyscraper Quarter in New Batumi, Porta Tower is near the most interesting parts of town and isn't surrounded by high-rises. The sea view from the 34th floor is magnificent, and the kids barely noticed the TV. Inside, the apartment is cosy and thoughtfully arranged, with windows facing west and southwest so we could enjoy the sunset each evening. The kitchen had what we needed, though a filter coffee machine would have been nice. Dmitry and his team sorted out the few small issues almost immediately. We had a great stay in the "Sea Nirvana" apartment, and thought it was excellent value for money. We'd be happy to come back one day.

I stayed in these wonderful apartments twice in February 2025, and both visits were memorable. The Alphabet tower, sea views, dolphins, and playing in the mornings all stood out. The host is one of the nicest in Batumi, always friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I wish him all the best. For other guests, it feels like a home away from home.

We stayed for two weeks and were happy with our choice. The apartment was new, clean, and cosy, just like the photos, with everything we needed and a sea view. The managers were very kind and helpful, and the service was great.
