There was mold on the ceiling, the toilets were broken, and the place wasn't clean. The shower was broken too. When we reported the toilet problem, the receptionist replied, "I know"...

We had two phones to charge but I could find just one socket in the room, so one phone had to be plugged in in the bathroom. Otherwise, a nice place.

The customer service was bad, and the hotel was in very poor condition. Our first room was dirty, with feces all over the toilet, mold on the ceiling, and a broken toilet and shower. We changed rooms, but found the same conditions there. ☹️

The rooms were very clean and had all the facilities. It's a nice hotel, with a perfect location on the road or nearby Batumi sea, also ....

It's an affordable place with friendly service, though the rooms are small. The location is okay, about a 10-minute walk from the sea.
