Sea view Apartment near to the Dancing and Music Fountains

We only got the Deluxe Room with Sea View that we had paid for after spending our first two nights in a much worse room. We’d chosen the most expensive available option partly for its advertised sea and sunset view. Getting the right room took several messages and calls, plus help from Booking.com support, and the wait was really frustrating. There was no price reduction for those two nights in the inferior accommodation. The room we first arrived in also wasn’t clean. There was hair and mold in the shower, stains on the towels, and a general sense that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Some advertised amenities were missing too. At night, strong outdoor lights made the room bright as day, and the curtains barely kept the light out, so sleep was poor. I wouldn’t book with Luxury Apartments again, even if the prices look tempting. In my experience, the pictures and expectations they advertise don’t match what you actually get.
