The location by itself is enough, and the building is magnificent.

There are some practical drawbacks: the air conditioner ran at 17 degrees around the clock but couldn't cool the apartment in the heat. With no balcony or clothesline, we had to dry laundry in the common area, especially with the humidity inside. The kitchen could use more dishes too. It only has two spoons, forks, and knives, and the knives don't cut, plus two deep plates and four small flat ones. That's difficult when you're staying with family. On the plus side, the apartment is bright and sunny, with new furniture, and close to the sea, public transport, a large supermarket, and cafes in and around the building. The landlord also dealt with every issue promptly.
