Sunny Batumi Steps Apartment Hotel

The front desk was excellent, with knowledgeable and polite members. The service was very good and affordable, and the rooms here are excellent. I'm glad to share my experience at this beautiful apart-hotel. Highly recommend visiting.

The sea and a mall are both 100 meters away, which made the location very convenient. I loved my stay. The pool area was awesome, and the staff were very friendly and gave great service. I tried a 60 minute candle massage, and it was soft and very relaxing. I can definitely recommend it, especially after a long day. The gym could use more equipment and some care for the machines they already have.

The rooms were pretty and clean, and I liked having a balcony. There’s also a restaurant and co-working space. The hotel is close to all the nice places, so it’s definitely worth a stay.

Breakfast was good, though I’d have liked more halal choices and a bit more variety. The rest of my stay at Steps Batumi was really pleasant: the staff made me feel welcome, my room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and everything felt well organized. (26/6/2025)
