The rooms were clean, well organized, and nicely modern, and the reception staff were polite and respectful. Still, a hotel at this level should offer more than an attractive look, and several services were missing. No one was available to help with luggage. The room Wi-Fi was so weak that I had to open the door to get a signal. Breakfast choices were limited, and the small breakfast area felt crowded. The hotel looks beautiful, but the service needs improvement.

The rooms are very good, and the price feels like good value. It’s close to the center, and reception were super friendly and helpful. If I’m in Batumi again, I’ll stay here for sure.

The price didn't feel justified by the stay, and I left disappointed. I was there for four nights, August 21-25, and this place doesn't merit five stars in my view, three at most. The room and hotel felt dark, dated, and cramped. I had booked a double deluxe room, but mine looked nothing like the photos on booking.com. I suspect I was given a lower-category room. It was on the second floor right beside reception. Getting service was frustrating. Reception is on the second floor, and I waited 15 minutes after arriving before anyone showed up. The greeting was unfriendly, and nobody answered my early check-in request. Housekeeping also missed my room one day after I had asked for it to be cleaned. The next day, when I asked again, a staff member answered rudely and said checkout rooms were being cleaned first. Apparently the window cleaning between 8 a.m., when I left, and 3 p.m., when I returned, wasn't enough. The hotel sits at a busy, noisy intersection. Being close to the seafront is a plus, but it means giving up some peace and quiet. Batumi gets especially loud in the evenings. Staff should learn some basic politeness.

Anita at reception made us feel right at home, and the design is fantastic. I also got one of the best nights of sleep I've ever had. The breakfast restaurant view deserves extra points.
