The room was filthy, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and still wasn't ready after check-in time. We'd booked more than a month ahead, but got no directions about which of the two buildings to go to, and nobody seemed willing to help. The building was still under construction and felt very unsafe for families. There was no parking for our rental car, despite being assured there would be. The place looked nothing like its online pictures. Staff acted like they didn't care because we'd already paid. Absolutely revolting.

There's no parking on site, so you'll have to search for a spot on nearby streets. Apartments can be rented from the developer, for instance at reception, or from an owner renting out a purchased unit. Price, cleanliness, and housekeeping depend on which arrangement you choose.

The apartments are nice and have views of both the sea and the mountains, which is a plus. Renting one here by the month is a joy. Reading the reviews, I get the impression some people don't understand how apartments differ from a hotel.

After we got there from the airport, it took an hour before we could check in. First they sent us to one building, then to another, a crazy place where parking a car is impossible. It's completely unclear who handles what at this hotel. There's no management to speak of, and everyone answering the phone gives the same response: they don't know, someone left them there, and it's not their fault.

The owner was very kind, and the apartment was new and clean. The views across the sea and city are amazing. Beautiful place, certainly among the best, and I highly recommend booking here.
