We stayed for 5 days on the first floor. The room smelled musty, the bathroom was so small I couldn’t wash properly, and we waited 10 minutes for hot water. The shared kitchen is spacious, but everything in it is old and dirty. There are lots of cats, and I fed them because nobody seemed to care. The guest house lady is very nice, though. There’s a bar, minimarket, and beach nearby.

We got to experience Georgian hospitality firsthand. Asiko and Valery, thank you for the lovely welcome! The hosts are wonderful, and the courtyard is cozy with lots of tropical greenery. The room has all the amenities, and the location is convenient, with an ATM, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurant, cafe, market, shuttles, and the sea just 2-3 minutes away. Asya and Kolya

There’s a kitchen where you can make a meal and spend a nice time chatting with the other guests and the hosts. The caring owners are always ready to help, and there’s air conditioning in the rooms. I recommend this place. The sea is just a short walk away, with shops, a pharmacy, cafes, and a transport stop nearby.
