The hotel was clean and well organized, with simple, pleasant decor and a tasty breakfast with plenty of variety. Nika and Zura at reception were kind and helpful, so I'd recommend the hotel. Our experience with Al Arabiya Tourism Company and Sara was bad, though. They seemed unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Gio and Nika gave wonderful service, they were kind and professional. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped, and our studio was spacious and comfortable. It's a great fit for families, couples, or two adults with two children. The location in central Batumi is close to everything. Highly recommended!๐๐ฝ

We loved the food and the hospitality here. The staff were warm and helpful, and the hotel is close to both Batumi Boulevard and Grand Mall. Great place to stay in Batumi, highly recommended.
