Hotel Crowne Plaza Borjomi by IHG

The hotel is beautiful, and Laci, the manager/waiter in the restaurant, is an amazing person. Those are the two reasons I gave it three stars. The spa is great, but it's often full of kids jumping and yelling with nobody keeping things under control. The same goes for the bar and restaurant much of the time, so it's not a place where singles, adults, or couples can relax. We also had a lot of housekeeping problems. For what things cost here, especially compared with prices in Georgia, I can't call this a five-star experience. The hotel needs much better management care. And it was such a surprise that a five-star hotel has no Smart TV, just some random Russian and Georgian channels.

The location is great, the food is good, and check-in was quick with welcoming staff. Hotel guests also get free access to Borjomi Central Park. One policy to know about: outside food and drinks aren't allowed. The rooms need renovation. In our shower, a floor tile was loose and moved underfoot. Towels were very old, furniture was broken, and both need replacing. Housekeeping was poor, and breakfast service also needs improvement.

The wellness and spa were really relaxing. We went from 20-22h and tried the 4 senses lounge for 25 minutes, which cost 30 GEL. I'd definitely recommend it. The hotel is very nice and chic, with spacious, tidy rooms, though they were quite warm.

Giorgi Tukaevi deserves a special mention. He was attentive to what my family needed and arranged everything for our stay. Working with him was easy, and I can't say enough about his professionalism. The staff were fantastic, and the hotel was outstanding. Borjomi is amazing, and this is the best choice there!
