My stay was wonderful, thanks to the hotel and its management, and I'm coming back. I really have nothing negative to say. Special thanks to Mila. One suggestion: keep the balconies free of dust and add a small table and chairs out there.

The rooms were just average, which was about the only decent part of the stay at Didveli Gallery Apartment. The whole place felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Parking was a mess, small, inconvenient, and disorganized, and staff tried to scam me over it. Restaurant staff were even worse, acting aggressively and nearly starting a fight. Definitely not worth it if you want a stress-free trip. Avoid this place.

The staff made us feel welcome, and it was clear they knew their work and cared about making customers happy. We had an amazing experience, with great service, food, and wines. The atmosphere was relaxed and cool. 10/10.

The place is lovely, with a mountain view and close to the crystal ski area. The room and location were very nice, but I wasn't comfortable with the bed or mattresses because we found blood stains on the first day. At night, we could hear footsteps from upstairs and couldn't sleep.

It's 3:45 a.m. and the music is still going. I thought it was supposed to stop by 2 a.m. at the latest. Why is it continuing? It's impossible to sleep on the first floor near the restaurant, and I imagine the second floor is affected too.
