The outside doesn't give much away, but inside the room was really spacious, and the owner was very friendly. It's self-service, with a nice kitchen where you can use what you need to cook, a washer, and an open balcony area. For the price, it was a very good stay. You can see mountains around, or take a cab wherever you need to go. The city isn't very big, so rides were pretty cheap.

For 60 lari a night, we got a big room with a kitchen and a good bathroom with plenty of hot water. It's an amazing place to stay in Borjomi, just a one-minute walk from the center, and there's a good bakery right across the street.
