The location is awesome, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The room, unfortunately, wasn't in the best condition: it wasn't cleaned thoroughly, and the furniture was dirty. Breakfast was quite good, with eggs, sausages, salads, and more.

There was nobody at the lobby at night, so when guests in the adjacent rooms yelled and watched TV loudly until 3 am, we had no one to ask for help with the noise. The breakfast selection was terrible, with barely anything available. For the price, the rooms were in awful shape: crumbling walls, a broken water tap, and brown stains on the sheets, blankets, and pillows in all three of our rooms.

The location is great, and the rooms were clean, but the bath and shower didn't work properly. The AC wasn't working in most rooms either. The kitchen staff were rude, and breakfast had no variety. They listed breakfast hours as 0900 to 11 am, but it actually ended at 10 am. I hope they improve the quality.

The rooms were cramped, but they did the job for washing up and sleeping. The AC wasn't working well during my visit, and the ventilation was terrible. It was also annoying that we couldn't go to floors other than the one our room was on, which made meeting up with friends difficult.

A helpful, kind, friendly lady was at reception, but the rooms were a disaster. Everything in them was old, damaged, and unusable. Nothing worked. I won't even comment on the breakfast ๐
