We really liked being able to sit outside with the peaceful views and birdsong. Our room was modern, spotless and roomy, and the balcony looked out onto a beautiful view. Breakfast had a nice range of freshly made Georgian dishes, all very tasty. We also had dinner there one evening and enjoyed it, though it had to be ordered in advance. We stayed three nights.

We only stayed because it was late during our trip to Bakuriani and there was nowhere else available. After we had checked in and our driver had gone, management demanded more money for the rooms and threatened to put us out in the middle of the night if we refused. We ended up paying more than the rate we had agreed to because we had no real choice. Breakfast the next morning was very basic, with little variety. I also accidentally dropped a coffee pot and broke it. The staff then asked me to pay for a whole set, which felt unreasonable. The way we were treated was disappointing, and the staff showed little professionalism or respect. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of the poor service and what felt like exploitative treatment.

The manager was kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean, tidy and spacious, with amazing views and comfortable beds. One thing to know is that the hotel is 4 kilometers from the center of Borjomi. A bus runs from right outside the gate to the center every hour and costs just 0.20 Lari (20 Tetri). Highly recommended.

There’s a valley and forest right behind the hotel, and we really enjoyed staying there for two nights. Borjomi is probably the best place in Georgia, with forests easy to get to. This hotel is nice too, and I’d put it second in Borjomi after Crowne Plaza, which is the best but expensive. We visited at the end of June when it was hot. There’s no AC, but we didn’t need it. Breakfast is super simple.

There was no electricity, light, or service, and the smell throughout the hotel was terrible. It was noisy too, and the staff were horrible, especially the owner, who was the worst person I've dealt with as a customer. When we asked for some of our money back, they refused and said it was nature and they didn't care. The owner told us by phone that people shouldn't come to Georgia expecting even basic hotel services like electricity, though the other hotels we stayed in were good. They kept our passports until we had paid in full, but couldn't give us a receipt or a hotel license. Apparently they had no license or other documents at all. Several people left the same day after being asked to pay cash upfront for a week or longer. They got no receipts or refunds for nights they didn't stay, leaving them with no way to complain legally. Terrible place, avoid it by all means.
