The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the location convenient. But the walls were so thin that we could hear the neighbors as if they were in our room. Our room was cramped, under the roof, with no real window, and had the least atmosphere of anywhere on our trip so far. Breakfast wasn’t included despite the relatively high price for the room quality, and could only be taken in the room. At reception, the first thing we were asked to do was pay, which felt unusual in Georgia, where you generally pay when you leave. There was also a 10 lari “cleaning fee” that was hardly visible when booking online. It’s a hotel, so I don’t see why there should be a cleaning fee.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the location is very good, close to the centre of Borjomi. I wouldn’t take breakfast there: it was overpriced and not good at all. You can eat very well at the restaurant next door. I would have given 4 stars, but when we asked to change the breakfast menu, the response was very rude and completely ruined our experience. Keep in mind that she closes at 12.00pm, so staying out at night isn’t possible.

The room is very nice, and the location is great, close to all the important places in Borjomi. There are good parking options, although the parking isn’t officially owned by the house. The place is still worth considering, despite one big downside: the lady who runs it has absolutely no respect for customers. When we asked what could be done about breakfast, she argued with us and eventually called us pretentious. Breakfast is a total rip off, so I recommend skipping it. For the same money, you can get a wonderful breakfast or meal at the restaurant next door.

You get great value for money. The bedrooms are clean and have a kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, and hot water. The house is on the main street, feels very safe, and is close to attractions. The owner and her husband are very kind.
