The location near borjomi was nice, but the room offered little beyond a bed, a toilet, and breakfast, and we had to pay in full before using it. The bathroom was very dirty from previous customers, with spiders and bird feathers in the shower, and it still wasn’t cleaned after four days. We got four towels for four days in a triple room. There were visible electrical hazards, nobody cleaned the rooms or made the beds, even between different customers, and the bedroom curtains smelled musty. There were Beatles inside the breakfast area.

The food was good, and there’s a fireplace near reception, but our room was cold during the coldest week I’ve ever had. The bathroom had hot water for only about two minutes. The hotel is close to Borjomi, and taxis there aren’t expensive, though the fare depends on what car the driver has. Wi-Fi kept disconnecting. The hotel was full when I stayed, so that might have been why.
