The location is wonderful, only three minutes from the park. We went there in the mornings to drink the water and fill some to take along. Irina and Paata were welcoming and quick to respond, and the room was cozy and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. We've stayed here before and hope to return again. If we could give it 100 stars, we would. Highly recommended!

Irina was a friendly hostess, and the apartment felt cozy and welcoming. Everything was tidy and clean. There's parking, and the park is nearby. We were also given a delicious pie.

We held a convention there rather than staying in the rooms. The hall was comfortable, the food was delicious, service was good, and the people were nice.
